What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. Shipping costs are considered the responsibility of the customer, using the carrier of your choice. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details, including proof of purchase if you would like to return your item(s), and we will provide you with the details of how to proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for payment. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Will I be charged tax?
If your location is outside of Canada, you are liable for any applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes. HST is applied to products going to the following destinations in Canada: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island.
How do I use a Promo code?
Promo codes can be entered at checkout. Only one promo code may be applied per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
