What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. Shipping costs are considered the responsibility of the customer, using the carrier of your choice. Please email info@happyjusthappy.com with your details, including proof of purchase if you would like to return your item(s), and we will provide you with the details of how to proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Transactions on our site are secured via encryption (up to 256-bit SSL) ensuring your personal information such as your name, address and credit card details are entirely safe. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship at a flat rate of $10 via Canada Post. 

Will I be charged tax?

We are required to collect HST for orders on products shipping to: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island. If your location is outside of Canada, you are liable for any applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

How do I use a Promo code? 

Promo codes can be entered at checkout. Only one promo code may be applied per order and cannot be combined with other offers. 

Wholesale Ordering

If you are interested in selling our Happy Just Happy products, please fill out a wholesale order form on our website. Minimum order is $250 for new accounts and $100 for existing. Single cards are sold in quantities of 6.
